AI behaviour & product search rules

Allowed: ItemCode, ItemName, ManufacturerName, ItemsGroupName, ExtraFields, ManufacturerCatalogNumber, BarCode, Description.

Only listed U_ fields are synced and searched.

Business vocabulary

Teach B1Chat what business words mean for this customer. For example, this tenant can map brand to SAP Item Group while another tenant maps it to Manufacturer.

Conversation rules & clarifications

Customer-specific rules run before generative AI. They can collect missing information such as VIN or vehicle details, remember it during the conversation, call secure tools, then enrich the local product search.

External tools / portals

Connect this customer to approved VIN, parts, supplier, stock or technical APIs. Credentials are encrypted and used only by the B1Chat server; they are never placed in an AI prompt. Configure each external service separately.

Use placeholders such as {vin}, {query} and captured context keys in the URL/body. JSON response mappings use dotted paths; append [] for arrays, for example vehicle.models[].name.

Local semantic product search

CPU-only ONNX text embeddings + SQL Server 2025 exact vectors. This is a local technical search model, not the paid cloud AI model assigned in the Platform Admin customer agreement. Search still works through exact identifiers, Full-Text, fuzzy matching and the local lexical index when the model files are unavailable.

Uses a pinned, checksum-verified all-MiniLM-L6-v2 download from the official Sentence Transformers repository. The built-in files are shared by all tenants and stored under Storage:SettingsBasePath\Models\TextEmbedding\all-MiniLM-L6-v2. Disable this for offline/controlled-egress installations or when deploying a custom model.

Semantic vector status will appear here.

Local visual product matching

CPU ONNX image embeddings + tenant-isolated SQL Server 2025 vector search. This local matching model is separate from the customer's paid cloud AI agreement. Catalogue images stay local; cloud receives only a small shortlist when local confidence is insufficient.

Visual vector status will appear here.

Voice chat

Assigned by Platform Admin as part of this customer's AI model agreement. Spoken language is detected automatically; there is no language setting.
